APPETIZERS

Slow cooked pork shank with barbecue sauce and slaw
Pesto filled ravioli with chicken and tomato cream sauce
Asian noodles with shrimps, scallions and peanuts in a spicy dressing
Seasonal leaves tossed with fennel, grapes, almond and dressed with saffron aoli
Cream of celeriac and apple soup


ENTREES

Grilled Bermuda wahoo with spinach, scallion mashed potatoes, shrimp butter sauce
Roast rock fish with roast pumpkin, and puree, asparagus and crispy fried onions
 Slow cooked beef topround in a rich red wine sauce with scallion mashed potatoes and broccoli
Sautéed chicken breast topped with prosciutto ham and provolone cheese, mashed parsnip and a tomato cream sauce
Farfalle pasta tossed with sweet corn, bacon, peas and a touch of cream

Chocolate fudge brownie , vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup
Homemade mango mousse with a fresh fruit garnish, crunchy tuille
Coconut cream cake  topped with chocolate ice , fruit coulis drizzle cream
