For many years, our restaurants were under the skillful counseling of internationally renowned chef Anton Mosimann from London. His healthy style of cooking, called Cuisine Naturelle has been an inspiration to the international brigade of chefs.

The Main Bar and the outside Patio Bar are open from noon until closing.
Dancing
During the season our theme is the colourful music of Bermuda and the Caribbean.
Room Service
Room Service is available for breakfast and for dinner up to a reasonable hour. A unique feature of our cottages is the personal breakfast cooked to your order.
Gratuities
No additional tipping of club employees is necessary.
Dress
We know you will want to feel comfortable during the day and in the
evening on the subject of dress in a family club.
In the Main Club House, after dark, a jacket and tie are requested. In the daytime, please wear shoes, wraps or shirts.
In Summertime a jacket is suggested in the evenings but not required. Thursday & Saturdays are generally a bit more dressy.
On the Beach Terrace dress is always casual and bathing attire is quite acceptable. In the evening elegantly casual wear is usual.
It is important that young people make every effort to dress in an acceptable and adult fashion.
Wine
and Spirits
The wine list has unusual variety and is favorably priced. You may
purchase your favorite beverage from our private cellar.
